Illinois biodiesel manufacturer BN National Trail announced this morning that it has secured a purchase agreement of all biodiesel process devices from Kreido Biofuels. The shipment of the devices is now underway from Houston, TX and is anticipated to show up in Newton, IL by October
According to the company, the job is a shovel-ready website. It lies in an enterprise zone in Newton, IL near the second biggest transportation corridor in the U.S. It's developed to take full advantage of making use of innovation in the biofuels industry as well as a much better understanding of how to successfully handle a biodiesel production center.
The scalable 30 MGPY facility's key differentiator is the multi-feedstock capability of the innovation, proven in large-scale production in Europe today. This makes it possible for BN National Trail to develop buying contracts with local feedstock service providers who will be able to supply crude soybean, corn oil, or other low-saturated oil at an opportunistically low cost throughout the lifecycle of the plant.
"Enhancements from the plant in Newton will come from the innovative feedstock innovation program in Budapest where a pilot plant is being expanded to consist of algae as a feedstock. QSB, a BNE accredited innovation will be integrated with the brand-new process equipment," verified CTO Robert Brooks. No timeframe has been offered when the plant would begin production.
"This purchase contract is a considerable step forward for BN National Trail. Not only will it offer profits, but it will also speed up plans by around 2 years." stated CEO Tony Quinones.
Blue Northern Energy, LLC (BNE) and the LLC entity it developed, BN National Trail Holdings started browsing for a website to commercialize a more energy efficient and low C02 processing technology for the biodiesel market. A nationwide look for a shovel prepared project website to establish lead BNE Chicago's entrepreneurship center and to National Trail Biodiesel Group (NTBG).
The National Trail Biodiesel Group, an endeavor by local community members in Newton Illinois and Blue Northern Energy together to form BN National Trail. The five years of foundation project advancement by National Trail integrated with Blue Northern's knowledgeable personnel of biodiesel production, project management, and money management expertise ensures well-informed and component management that will allow BN National Trail to be an ingenious and world class biodiesel center.
BN National Trail will have direct access to the ABQ Innovation Center, the research study and advancement center for Blue Northern Energy. The center's mission will be to fine-tune newest technology advances in biodiesel production and uses of sustainable energy. This will include evaluating several fuel sources, soy, corn, algae, white grease, biomass and jatropha curcas; understanding that will enable different areas to monetize their specific edible and non-edible crop sources.
